Hockey - Imagine being able to practice your Slap Shot, Wrist Shot or Snap Shot without the need of a goalie! Used on ice, backyard or driveway with puck or ball. Most fun games can be played by choosing certain pockets when scoring without the use of goalie. You'll know exactly where a goal was scored. The puck or ball will show your weak areas.

Tennis - Practice your serve from all sides, and various distances of the court. Work on your swing to improve your backhand, forehand, and above shoulder, below knees and stretch swings. The unique pocket system actually collects balls where they hit. This is great for tennis as it keeps the balls off the court as you are playing.
